My mission in life is to raise the collective consciousness to create a more loving world and to help as many people as I can. But I realized that to really help humans to evolve, ‘the core of human beings’ needs to be healed.

It is like healing the symptoms but not finding what is causing them and addressing just the superficial symptoms! This is how society and our big pharma work now. One pill to destroy the symptoms and if they occur again, another pill–leading to an endless cycle to take care of the symptoms. But the real CAUSE keeps popping up. Without healing the CAUSE, you will keep having symptoms, maybe different ones each time-in different forms.

This is how I realized that if I want to make a difference in life, I need to help the CHILDREN OF THE PAST to heal, and help them to evolve in their consciousness. Today’s ‘children of past’ are the children of NOW. They are no different than each other. We keep passing our madness to each new generation. This is where transformation needs to start. Because when I look at an adult I see a child and when I see a child I see an adult.

I was drawn to writing children’s book as a single woman after my search for who I am, exploring what I want from life, what my purpose is, and how I can regain my self-confidence. This search brought me to America, with a little saved money and two bags full of shoes in 2009. And a feeling of being ‘completely lost’. I started to read self-help and spiritual books, learned meditation (I’ve been an active meditator for 5 years now), attending workshops designed to help you to find your purpose, and how to create a life you love living by doing what you love. And I started to observe adults, especially those who were parents, and saw them all suffering because of their childhood traumas or unsolved emotional problems. I saw all these beautiful intentions and big hearts but still a child crying in them for help.

With my own experiences, connecting with all the people in those workshops, and observing people around me, I came to realize that to heal ourselves, meaning to change and change the thinking pattern and find out who we really are, is a painful process with suffering and mostly it ends up not resolved due to lack of support. Further, we live our lives based on faulty information about life and ourselves that we inherited mostly from our parents, at least that is the foundation. And this is how we are parenting!

“Our children’s essence can blossom only with conscious parents who are free of their own suffering secure within their SELF! This is the only formula for a brighter future for humanity.”

For me, I am not only helping the children of today, I am helping the adults of the future. This book series is not only creating the awareness of the importance of emotional development of a child, it is also creating awareness of the importance of healing the past wounds of the parents, so that parents can become more aware and awake.

Our children’s essence can blossom only with conscious parents who are free of their own suffering secure within their SELF! This is the only formula for a brighter future for humanity.

Intentionally following my belief that LOVE and AWAKENING transforms life, I started to work on the Serenade for My Baby series. These are affirmation poems about love, self-confidence and sleep (sleep is the meditation of a baby J ). Some early feedback was that ‘children between 0-3 will not understand these books and it is pointless and brain development, problem solving, and goal-oriented approaches are more important. But for me a loved and cared-for child raised by an awakened or more aware parent can cope with every challenge, so I never gave up on these books.

While I was working on the books I started to read early childhood studies, articles, books, following the Harvard University Child Development Center, and attending workshops. All this proved my instinct that in early childhood development the primary need of a baby and toddler is feeling secure and worthy of love. I learned these experiences are actually shaping the young brain and affecting the executive skills center in the brain and by the time they are 3 years old, brain development is 90% finished. So your child does not need to learn a second language starting in the womb, but they need to feel loved, secure, and they need a connection with a constant caregiver. This is the foundation of life.

I believe everything we know and have learned about parenting must transform. The way we see our children must transform so we as adults can transform. The children of today are the parents of tomorrow. If we want to change our tomorrow, we need to transform our TODAY! I hope these books will be a part of your awakening to a new YOU, so you can raise a new Next Generation to create a more loving world.

The children of today are the parents of tomorrow. If we want to change our tomorrow, we need to transform our TODAY!
